TPO

Installation at the new GAF PolyISO manufacturing plant in New Columbia, PA. All GAF products were used, 255,830 SF 60 mil TPO with an R-value of 30 and 25-year total system warranties.

EPDM

ERSI installed over 900,000 SF of Roxul insulation and 60 mil fully adhered EPDM, designed to meet FM standards, within a challenging 16-week deadline.

TPO

Nearly 1,000,000 sq. ft. of 45 mil TPO roofing laid at Global Logistics Park in Staten Island, overlooking the beautiful New York City skyline.

EPDM

Liberty at Mill Creek, 2 warehouse buildings and a two-story office totaling 1,613,400 SQFT. Installation of I-90 compliant, fully adhered 60 mil EPDM with an R-value of 30. A total of 1,077 skylights were installed along with skylight survey/placement.

TPO

1.1 million SQFT of roofing installed at the Clarius Park Arcadia North building in Tobyhanna PA earning ERSI the Diamond Quality Installation award.

Eastern Roofing was contracted to install metal shingles and black EPDM on both the Hotel & Convention Center.

EPDM reroofing / Elasta-Gard coating

Replacement of approx. 4,000 square feet of EPDM roofing and over 26,000 square feet of a Neoguard Elasta-Gard roof coating system.

Comprehensive reroofing and repairs were done Our Lady Queen of Peace Church, including EPDM replacement, shingle repair and an APOC roof coating.
